ORDERING GUIDE
Please read this guide carefully before placing your order. We want our customers to be happy with our garments and constantly work to improve the service.
Stock Availability
Sometimes, the item you would like to purchase may be out of stock. If this is the case, we will contact you via email and inform you about it. Yet, do not despair, we can usually produce your item of choice in two weeks’ time. If you choose to wait a little, we will treat your purchase as pre-order/reserved.
Shipping
Budapest delivery: We live and produce in Budapest and aim to decrease transportation costs and carbon footprint caused by delivery. Therefore, if you happen to be in Budapest, we can always agree to meet. If you chose ‘meetup’ delivery option, we will contact you via email to agree on a place and time of a meetup.
Alternatively, you can always choose to have your item delivered to you by post. The cost of postal delivery is 1600 HUF.
Delivery within Hungary: The delivery cost is 1600 HUF. It will be added to the price of your purchase. After we send the parcel, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery within the EU: The delivery cost is 20 EUR (6000 HUF). It will be added to the price of your purchase. We will contact you via email to confirm the delivery address. If we don’t get any reply within 2 months after the order placement, your order will be cancelled and the refund will be made via the original method of payment.
Return Policy
We hope you love your GAMAYUN streetwear. However, if you are not satisfied with it or you want to send it back for a colour/size/model change, please, inform us immediately via gamayun.clothes@gmail.com or message us on our facebook page. We only accept return claims made within 14 days after your package was delivered.
When you contact us with a return claim, please, always indicate the following:
1. Number of your order (on delivery package)
2. Date of parcel arrival
3. Reason for return/exchange
If you changed your mind and want to receive a full refund, please keep in mind that the item can be accepted back only if it is unused and returned in its original condition.
To make sure your GAMAYUN garment wears well, please, follow care instructions on the page of each item!
We do not accept back the items that were custom-made for you.
The refund will be made via the original method of payment.
If your order arrives with some damages, please contact us and attach detailed pictures, so we could deal with it.
The cost of return is covered by the customer.

We do not sell, publish or share our customers’ personal information with third parties. All the personal information you provide will be used exclusively for communication and delivery purposes.
